Refunds may be requested before final-file delivery; once final files are delivered, the sale is final.
Standard delivery is 7 days from when we receive your story. Need it faster? Our Deluxe package includes priority 3-5 day delivery. If you have a tight deadline (like an anniversary tonight!), contact us — we offer rush delivery and will do our best to accommodate.
